Evaluate housekeeping and repair issues as they arise. A good treatment isn’t just about the application; it’s also about identifying and correcting sanitation and repair problems. Inspection of each account carefully is required. Sanitation is more important when using baits, because baits lose their effectiveness when they have to compete with the food scraps, grease, sugars, etc., that are available because of poor housekeeping. In addition, holes in walls, broken tiles, open cracks, leaks and drips, cardboard boxes and remote control cockroach, no matter how effective the tools we use.
